These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PetBloom mobile application (“PetBloom”, “the app”), published by Dinero Automation LLC (“we”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using PetBloom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
PetBloom is a focus and habit-tracking app that uses a virtual cat as a motivation mechanic. The app helps you complete Pomodoro-style focus sessions, tracks your streaks, and lets you customize your virtual cat with cosmetics earned through focus or unlocked through PetBloom Pro.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PetBloom. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must also agree to these Terms on your behalf.
PetBloom does not require you to create an account. Your data is stored on your device and backed up to your own private iCloud account. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your device and Apple ID.
PetBloom is free to download and use. PetBloom Pro is offered as:
All purchases are processed by Apple under the standard App Store terms. You can review and manage your subscriptions in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
The Lifetime purchase grants you access to all current PetBloom Pro features for as long as the app continues to operate. We will make a reasonable effort to honor lifetime access, but we cannot guarantee the app will operate indefinitely. The Lifetime purchase is non-refundable except where required by law.
Gems earned in PetBloom have no real-world cash value, are not redeemable, and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices. Gems are not your property — they are a license to use a feature within the app, and we may modify gem balance, earning rates, or pricing for cosmetic items at any time.

We reserve the right to disable Pro features for any account or device we reasonably believe is in violation of these Terms.
All content within PetBloom — including code, illustrations, designs, copy, trademarks, and the PetBloom name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload (such as a photo of your real cat). By uploading such content to the app, you grant us no rights — your photos and content remain on your device only and are never transmitted to us.
PetBloom is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms control with respect to App Store distribution.
PetBloom is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
PetBloom is a focus and habit tool. It is not a medical device, mental health service, or professional productivity advice. If you are struggling with attention, focus, or mental health, please consult a qualified professional. Streak mechanics, gamification, and notifications are designed to be encouraging — if you find them stressful, you can disable notifications and ignore streaks at any time without losing access to the rest of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of streak progress, lost gems, or lost productivity.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app is limited to the amount you have paid to us for PetBloom Pro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by deleting the app from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to PetBloom Pro features at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify you in-app before the change takes effect. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app will be resolved in the courts located in Bangladesh, unless required by law to be heard elsewhere.
If you are an EU/EEA or UK consumer, nothing in these Terms removes your statutory consumer protection rights, and you may bring claims in your country of residence as required by local law.
