Clarical Terms of Use

Effective: October 16, 2026 · Publisher: Dinero Automation LLC

These terms cover Clarical on every platform. By using the app you agree to them. If you got Clarical from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Using Clarical

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Clarical on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, except where the law allows it.

Your data

Your calendars and tasks stay on your devices and in the accounts you already use. We don't collect them. See the Privacy Policy.

Plans are suggestions

Plan my day, Plan my week and the other planning features suggest times for your tasks. Check a plan before you rely on it. You decide what to accept.

No warranty

Clarical is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available, or that it will never miss an event or notification. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Dinero Automation LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed appointments or lost data, from using the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Clarical in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep using Clarical after a change, the new terms apply.
